FAQ

If you are Outside of the USA or Canada and would like to place an order, due to VAT, please order from my Etsy Shop   
This makes the process easier for both of us!

Q: Where do you ship?

A: I currently only ship to the USA and Canada.

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: I ship packages within 2-4 days (Monday - Friday). All orders are with USPS, and come with tracking.

Orders in the USA will be delived in 1-5 days, depending on your location. Any major US holidays when the post office is closed can cause delays. Orders in Canada will be delivered between 1-3+ weeks.

Q: If I order an in-stock item with a preorder item, when will my items ship?

A: Orders containing preorder items will not ship until all items are available to ship. If you need your in-stock items sooner, please purchase them separately.

Q: I accidentally entered the wrong address for my order. What do I do?

A: Please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped, I will change the address! 

If the order has shipped, I am not responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the buyer and no refunds will be issued.  

If the order is returned to me in good condition, you may purchase additional shipping and have your order reshipped, or you may receive a refund minus the cost of shipping.

Q: Do you offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges?

A: Unless there is something wrong with your order (such as the wrong item was sent), I do not offer cancellations, returns, or exchanges. This applies to preorders as well.

If you feel you have recived the wrong item, please contact me with a photo of the product you recived along with your order number.

Please read each listing carefully before purchasing. If there is a different problem with your order, please email me at [email protected] as soon as possible with your concern so I can assist you.
